Graphic and Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for web and print collateral, such as websites, social media, brochures, and flyers
• Design visually compelling infographics to convey complex information
• Create and manage the visual identity of OOCA, including the development of logos, color schemes, and typography
• Create the visual through various digital platforms ; Blog, Facebook, Website, Advertising ads
• Create the storyboard for motion material ; VDO, Vlog, Clip
• Create media products such as magazines, labels, advertising and signage
• Selecting colors, images and typefaces to convey a company's brand and message
• Presenting design concepts to clients or art directors
• Applying updates to designs based on stakeholder feedback and opinion
• Stay up-to-date with design and technology trends, staying innovative in order to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Design ads for print and digital media channels
• Consult with management and team members to design and create custom projects
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of all projects
• Support the creative design for all BU

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Motion Design a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer,creative, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Familiarity with branding and visual identity development
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• A strong understanding of typography and layout
