• Architectural Leadership: Own the design and architecture of productivity solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Hands-On Leadership: Engage with regional stakeholders, teams, and customers to validate and test solutions, ensuring they meet market and customer requirements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and implementation processes.
• Training Design and Delivery: Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with the skills needed to deliver global solutions effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with senior-level stakeholders, capturing requirements and driving the success of global productivity solutions.

Job Requirements

• Microsoft Technology Stack: Extensive experience with Microsoft-related technologies and platforms, including Azure cloud services.
• Microsoft 365: Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
• Automation: Using tools like PowerShell for automation.
• Copilot for Microsoft 365: Deep knowledge about Copilot for M365.
• Other Copilots and extensibility: Integrating AI-driven solutions in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and extending functionalities.
