Full Stack Data Scientist Manager

Responsible

• Expand Partnership Analytics, collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify growth opportunities and data monetization.
• Designing and implementing data analytics project, assess model performance and recommend improvements with good governance to business unit, channel or business partners.
• Data Exploratory Analysis (EDA), performing feature engineering, model train, validate, and test using various algorithms, and hyperparameter tuning as needed.
• Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and select the best performing model for deployment.
• Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Data Solutions teams to streamline data pipelines and ensure data availability for the initiatives.
• Communicating technical concepts and insights to non-technical audiences through visualizations, reports, and presentations
• Staying up-to-date with the latest business requirement and model optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a closely related field is required.
• At least 5 years of data science or machine learning experience in banking, insurance, or financial services. Proven project track record and benefits from previous experience.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), NoSQL, and working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Python or R.
• Expertise in machine learning, NLP libraries or deep learning techniques such as pythainlp etc
• Experience with API development and deployment, preferably with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Experience with model integration to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Technical Documentation and presentation skill.
