Customer Success Associate (Chinese-speaking)

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking clients to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Providing personalized assistance and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborating with medical professionals, including doctors and nurses, to facilitate seamless communication and coordination for our clients' healthcare needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring timely follow-up as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese or English. Native speaker level proficiency is preferable for Chinese.
• English proficiency at a minimum TOEIC score of 650 or higher.
• Direct experience in IVF or Healthcare industries would be an advantage.
• Skillful in prioritizing customer needs and adept at enhancing the overall customer experience.
