Collaborate with Honda Motor as well as Honda Distributors to promote regional aftersales strategy.
Develop operation guidelines and standards in order to promote regional aftersales strategy.
Evaluate and provide solutions for Honda Distributors regarding the aftersales operations.
Evaluate and conduct operational training for Honda Distributor's aftersales personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related Engineering fields
Over 8 years of experience in Marine Engines or Automative Aftersales Business (especially in Field service – Aftersales business planning, Dealer development)
Management experience is a plus.
Proficiency in English both writing and speaking (TOEIC score minimum is 700)
Able to travel overseas and domestic
