Cost Purchasing Engineer Officer

Job Description

• Propose Maker layout base on the purchasing policy under consideration on target factors with QCD (Quality/Cost/Delivery) evaluation.
• Plan & establish and promote parts strategy mid-term / long-term creation.
• Create cost reduction idea for Asian and Oceania area by VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Evaluate), cost benchmark, best allocation, volume consolidation etc.
• Analyze cost comparison with different between new & base model for promote cost improvement.
• Propose and discuss plan of JP CKD, Local, In-house, Outsource utilization in new model Maker Layout decision.
• Calculate cost of part for propose and negotiate cost reduction to supplier and expand to overseas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Major Engineer, Business Administration, Supply chain Management, Finance or Related field
• Able to work abroad as assignment. (Approximate 2-year assignment in Asian & Oceania countries, such as India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Malaysia)
• Manage multitask, set priorities, and adapt to changing condition and work
• 2-3 years working experience in Automotive industries purchasing functions
• Good command of English; upper Intermediate level – TOEIC score at least 700
