Integral part to the rolling out of the visual merchandising strategy across all stores and ensure the guidelines set each week are following
Ability to make changes on a store level based on the store demographic
Be the eyes and ears on a store level, work with the store team to gain a deep understanding of the customer type per store
Work closely with merchandising and vm team to adapt the guidelines based on the stock levels
Consider layout principles, visual dressings, and signages for the stores and build strategy for each
Assist the VM associate manager in coordinating assets for select retail marketing activities e.g. VIP event, GWP, in-mall media and all the execution that sits within these
Collaborate with retail marketing teams to develop all in-store communication ensuring the maximum exposure is being garnered at each location
Regular store visits and reports
Qualifications:
Thai National
Bachelor degree
Experience in Visual Merchandising on a store level is a must
Fluent in English and Thai, Good in Adobe , Excel and Powerpoint
Experience in multi-tasking and good project management skill
Passionate, think outside the box and keen to create stories and experiences in store that will wow our customers.
A great executer: collaborator with various internal and external stakeholders will be key to making your ideas come to life.
Able to work in a high-pressured and faced-paced environment
Passionate with a can-do attitude and comfortable with setting up from scratch
Interested in fashion, retail, and E commerce and highly customer-focused
Bangkok based, with the ability to work from our Bangkok HQ (hybrid) and visit stores as required.
