Corporate Insurance Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

• Drive sales performance and discuss with partners for all renewal businesses to achieve the annual assigned target.
• Align working procedure to ensure that the processes are complied with the company’s regulation and direction.
• Prepare and process the renewal case at least 3 months in advance.
• Implement business strategies, analyze and create business enhancement to offer to the client,
• Coordinate with Group Quotation Team for the terms offering to renewal case.
• Provide insight information to analyze the industry, competitor, customer needs, update the market information and the insurance product which keep to update to product team for initiating new product which compete in the market and being the market leader.
• Consider and manage the client/partner’s requirement and expectation as well as provide the service which meet their satisfaction.
• Coordinate and negotiate with both internal and external parties to get the business result and achievement.
• Retain the pooling business and keep pooling business ratio in Corporate Care business.
• Build and maintain the strong relationship with business partners.
• Recommend and implement wellness solution to client/partner for controlling claim and loss prevention.
• Manage budget related to Corporate Care Business.

Baseline Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Insurance of Business Administration fields.
• At least 5-8 years' experience in insurance industry under Group Employee Benefit Insurance.
• Good command in English both verbal and written.
• Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
