Business Development Support

Responsibilities:

• Identify key operational issues/blockers and engage with key stakeholders to enhance work efficiency
• Be a team representative working with cross-functional team to ensure all team has
• Been well-communicated and execution has been operated as planned
• Coordinate with merchant operation to prioritize smb work
• Manage SMB recruitment session and voucher request
• Manage case between CS and SMB team

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business or any related field
• Minimum 1 years of work experience in related fields
• Detail-oriented, strong communication skill
• Self-driven and collaborative team player, being to work cross-functionally with other team  
• Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to change
• Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexible in working hours (issues that require attention can occur outside normal working hours)
• Able to use Excel/Google Sheet proficiently
• Experience with SQL will be given special consideration
