Senior Group Research & Analysis Specialist/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic research initiatives to assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of internal and external data sources to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, align strategic objectives, and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Develop frameworks, models, and methodologies to evaluate strategic alternatives and support long-term planning efforts.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on rigorous analysis and interpretation of findings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry benchmarks to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and regulatory developments that may impact the organization's strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate strategic priorities, objectives, and progress towards goals.
• Support the development of business cases, investment proposals, and strategic presentations for executive review and approval.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, or management consulting roles, with a focus on analysis and insights generation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of business dynamics, competitive strategies, and industry trends.
• Experience in industry sectors relevant to the FMCG's operations is a plus.
• Fluent in English, TOEIC of 700 or more is preferred.
