Business Development and Process Improvement | MD Office

Responsible:

• Develop and seek new opportunity to gain sale and company benefit to support company growth (ex. Partner, Flea market, etc.)
• Define and examine analysis, development, and implementation of the current and new business processes to ensure to support business growth.
• Analyze and identify new opportunities for branch process improvement by utilizing continuous improvement principles.
• Performs relevant analysis and acts like a project manager to design and implement improvement ideas.
• Provide recommendations on areas of focus of improvement, key business, and issues that impact business operations to support in terms of solutions.
• Collaborate and work with other cross-function for project assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Process Improvement, Feasibility Study, or any related, especially in Retail Business and FMCG.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and result-oriented.
• A must to travel to the branch visiting every week or depending on the project plan schedule.
• Position levels depend on your experience (Manager – Deputy Director)
