Brand Ambassador (Foreigner) - Italthai Hospitality

Responsibilities:

• Being the brand representative.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and merchants.
• Providing information about the brands, products, or services will generate sales leads and build consumer preference for the brands.
• Working with commercial and marketing team members by analyzing data collected from consumers to compile weekly reports detailing consumer feedback as well as suggested improvements.
• Monitoring feedback from customers and escalating complaints to the company’s marketing department.
• Organizing product training for the teams and customers.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Brand Ambassador from a national company.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the wine business.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Who can work independently.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Certified WSET Level 2 is a plus.
