AVP of QC and After Sales Service Department

Responsibilities

• Planned and managed work systems, strategies, and proactive procedures for the responsible projects in order to meet company’s standards and achieve the company’s objectives
• Monitored and controlled performance of all subordinates in responsible business unit to perform effectively with company’s protocols and procedures
• Manage team Performance, budget and cost during subsidization period.
• Control standard of QC and After sale service team
• Monitor forecast and opportunity list weekly / monthly
• Control and Audit QC and Transfer team performance and consultant for further improving

Qualifications:

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any related filed
• 10+ years of experience in Qc and transfers and After Sales Service field
• Minimum 5 years experience in managerial
• Able to work Multi Task and Multi Organization
• Good communication and conflict management to strategic thinking
