Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and supervise the storage, management, finished goods, materials, parts and operation of employees in the warehouse department to comply with the quality management system and in accordance with the company policy.
• Manage and coordinate with an external warehouse to support the site and operation.
• Control and manage the storage area for maximum efficiency (WH Utilization) and area classification as well as managing environment, cleanliness and setting standards of packaging to meet the quality management system.
• Manage the receipt - ship products, materials, control parts, and supplies for accuracy and on time delivery to deliver for production process and deliver to customers. (OTIF)
• Monitor and control the preparation of reports and movements finish goods, materials, equipment, control parts, according to the system to be able to download real time information.
• Supervise about finish goods, materials to be aligned with Quality Management System.
• Control finish goods, materials, spare parts, product return, follow up suppliers and customers to solve problems related to warehousing and distribution.
• Supervise team and conduct team behavior to control risk and conduct safety in work.
• Cycle, monthly and yearly stock counting preparation and execution. (Stock accuracy)
• Lead and manage projects related to warehousing and distribution.
• Manage to control cost and expenses of warehousing and distribution.
• Follow corporate policy, job objectives, including compliance of environmental, occupational health and safety and other company rules & regulations strictly.
• Other duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in Supply Chain and Logistics function; strong experience in warehouse operations, distribution, transport, and good hands-on exposure to improvement projects.
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Science or Engineering
• Experience with SAP
• Strong warehouse management skills and deadline accountability.
• Functional excellence & credibility to drive the team forward.
• Ability to operate effectively across different cultures and functions.
• Good communication skills, strong command in English.
• Awareness and compliance with general HSE requirements
• Ability to travel 10% of time.
