Assistance Vice President (Strategic Planning and Investment)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management, control, audit, risk analysis, as well as tracking the status of various project developments, both ongoing and new projects, including both domestic and international projects, which encompass corporate mergers and acquisitions.

• Control, audit, analyze risks, and verify data of various projects for development or acquisition, including managing and tracking the status of project developments, both ongoing and new projects, including both domestic and international projects, which encompass corporate mergers and acquisitions.
• Examine, verify, provide opinions, and negotiate relevant contracts for acquisitions, joint ventures, construction contracts, and other project development agreements, both domestically and internationally, including project financing agreements.
• Develop, revise, review, and verify Financial Models, including verifying project assumptions for both acquisitions and negotiations with lenders.
• Identify, compare, and secure sources of funding for projects, including coordinating and controlling disbursements according to schedules.
• Monitor all project loan agreements within the company group to ensure compliance with terms and conditions under the loan agreements, including reviewing, rectifying, and negotiating with creditors in case of contract breaches.
• Conduct examinations and provide recommendations for creating financial projections to compare actual revenue and expenses with the company's budget and estimated cash flows, including preparing consolidated models to assess future cash flows and analyzing project data for internal support.
• Plan, train, supervise, and manage subordinates to ensure project success.
• Control, monitor, stimulate, and coordinate with relevant units within and outside the company to ensure successful project development.
• Prepare reports and present information to management, various committees, and external individuals.
