• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.

• Proficiency in creating various types of content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and more. Understanding how to tailor content to different platforms and audiences is crucial.

• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and paid advertising.

• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.

• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.

• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO (Search engine optimization), social media, email marketing, and display advertising. • Proficient in marketing automation tools

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Strong communication skills to make you stand out at work

• Strong project management skills

• Basics design skills to create or modify visuals for social media posts, ads, and other digital content.

• Basic HTML and Website Management. Understanding of HTML and the ability to make simple website updates, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with web developers.

• Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital assets.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages, engage with audiences, and collaborate with team members.

• The ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Good command in English and TOEIC 600 +
