Application specialist (Bakery)

Key Accountabilities

• Focus on application development & support to industrial customers, especially the on efficient, creative, differentiated and competitive solutions for key accounts
• Work with industrial commercial team closely to build a comprehensive industrial customer information database from technical angle, such as market share, product range & related positioning, product selling point & differentiation, production line & processing & parameter etc
• Set up industrial customer approach tactics & plan & action with clear quantitative & practical objective
• Provide internal (sales, marketing, production…etc) & external (customer) technical support, such as ingredients knowledge training, product knowledge & application training, new product processing training…etc
• Technical document preparation & management in compliance with specified format & procedure, such as referred national regulation / standard, raw materials, processing & related parameter, testing report, trial production report, QC test method, label information, ingredient cost, supplier information etc
• Trouble shooting at customers to ensure existing sales or to develop new business opportunities

And Capable to associate different Puratos technologies in finished products

• Ensure confidentiality on all technical related information
• Cooperate with Headquarter, regional R&D and Thailand R&D to transfer Puratos innovation for local application or renovation.
• Work interdependently with relevant department like marketing, sales to push project moving forwards in compliance with confirmed time frame with expect result
• Other job that assign by superior.

Profile

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in in food science or related filed.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food confectionery product.
• Good command of Spoken, Written, and Read English.
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent communication skills.
• Good leadership & Coaching skills.
• Hardworking and positive attitude.
• Being proactive and approachable.
• Able to work under pressure.
• No colour blindness.
• Other knowledge of GMP & HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, Halal , SAP system is advantage.
