Accounting Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Process accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring cash flow.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries as directed by senior team members.
• Help prepare tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and report financial discrepancies, working with team members to resolve issues.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Perform data entry and help maintain accurate accounting ledgers.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in complex calculations using MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of Thai accounting principles (TGAAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with accounting standards.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
