VP, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) – Trade Implementation Manager

About the job

Project management & technical implementation including

• Plan and manage the implementation of financial supply chain solutions from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Understand client requirements and analyze business processes to design tailored solutions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage system integration between related both internal and external parties (UOB proprietary, Anchor In-house of 3rd party platform) with Anchor as required.
• Lead Anchor & Spoke onboarding process working with Client Fullfilment & Service or Middle Office team.
• Manage all testing & trial with Anchor & Spokes and provided necessary training until GO-Live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance and related financial solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the implementation methodology
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability work closely with cross - functional teams, including product development, risk management and operations to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills & able to build rapport with Anchors and Spokes.
