Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop high-fidelity prototypes for testing and demonstration purposes.
Visual Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the design is aligned with the user needs and business goals.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek out and apply best practices in UX/UI design.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how UX/UI design impacts conversion rates and customer engagement.
Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and optimizing user journeys to drive sales.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how design can enhance search engine visibility.
Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive brand experiences across all digital touchpoints.
Numbers:
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather insights on user behavior and inform design decisions.
Ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of design solutions.
