Responsibilities:
Lead design user-centered web and mobile interfaces with clear flows, components, and consistent UX patterns
Gather and analyze requirements directly from Business Units and collaborate with PO, BA, and SA to shape product direction and prioritize features
Deliver complete design documentation for developers, covering mockups, specs, behaviors, and edge cases
Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products
Qualifications:
5+ years in UX/Ul design with a portfolio showcasing full product lifecycle
Proficient in Figma; experience in creating structured handoff files and design specs
Strong understanding of product logic, user flows, and interaction behavior
Comfortable working cross-functionally in agile environments
