UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead design user-centered web and mobile interfaces with clear flows, components, and consistent UX patterns

• Gather and analyze requirements directly from Business Units and collaborate with PO, BA, and SA to shape product direction and prioritize features

• Deliver complete design documentation for developers, covering mockups, specs, behaviors, and edge cases

• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in UX/Ul design with a portfolio showcasing full product lifecycle

• Proficient in Figma; experience in creating structured handoff files and design specs

• Strong understanding of product logic, user flows, and interaction behavior

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in agile environments
