Transportation/I-Trade Operations Analyst

Your Team

You will be part of a dynamic, diverse team of supply chain professionals who are strategic, business-oriented, and committed to partnering with suppliers to deliver value to consumers around the world. You will report directly to the I-Trade Cluster Manager.

How Success Looks Like

Success in this role will involve contributing to business performance in the AMA-East cluster by leveraging your supply chain expertise. You will need to apply a strong compliance mindset, creative problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and effective communication and collaboration to help your assigned markets achieve their service, cash, and cost targets.

Responsibilities

Control and Governance

• Support audit processes related to import/export transactions
• Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and internal governance standards

Operations

• Execute daily import/export operations
• Collaborate with logistics vendors to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to import/export activities
• Manage tracking, data gathering, and performance reporting for savings and service improvement projects

Systems and Capability

• Own and manage master data setup and ongoing maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a Supply Chain-related field
• Solid academic performance and strong analytical mindset
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics industry
• In-depth knowledge of multimodal logistics (land, sea, air), and import/export processes
• Advanced experience working with SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Strong understanding of 3PL and 4PL operations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in both English and Thai
