Plan and develop tailored merchandising plans for each store, aligned with APAC visual merchandising guidelines.
Quality & Budget Management:
Oversee production quality and manage budget for locally produced materials and lightboxes with local suppliers.
New Counter Openings:
Coordinate with the APAC VM team, sales teams, and retail partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of new counter setups.
Design & Creation Support:
Assist in the development and production of physical visual materials for stores, campaigns, and special events, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Contractor Coordination:
Liaise with external contractors to design, fabricate, and install props and promotional displays, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
Communication:
Clearly communicate VM guidelines and promotional campaign details to relevant stakeholders and in-store teams.
Fixture Maintenance:
Work closely with suppliers to ensure regular maintenance and upkeep of in-store fixtures and visual elements.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular Visual Merchandising reports to track updates, progress, and performance across all counters.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Project Management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
Strong leadership qualities with a self-motivated and dynamic personality
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong aesthetic sense and visual judgment
Skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of 3D Max is a plus
Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills
