Incubation Strategy & Implementation: Lead the strategy and execution of incubation activities to foster the growth and success of Lazada FA sellers.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and help improve performance across teams.
Market Insights Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, industry shifts, and consumer behavior within the FA category, using these insights to develop strategic plans for FA seller incubation activities.
Daily Operations Management: Oversee workflow and manage work processes, including call scripts for sales agents, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the team’s performance, ensuring all KPIs are met and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Team Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions for all sales agents, focusing on improving skills and performance. Participate in recruiting new agents and support ongoing skill development.
Regular Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of agent performance, organizing additional training sessions for underperformers.
Tracking & Reporting: Submit regular performance tracking reports and daily outreach updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
Job Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in management consulting, account management, or sales team management.
Motivation: Highly driven, with a willingness to go the extra mile and take ownership to drive impact and results.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and ability to visualize data effectively.
Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven experience leading a diverse team.
Fluency in Thai and proficiency in English.
Preferred Expertise: Knowledge and experience in FA category management is a plus.
