Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
Leads technical training program implementation for employees and/or customers to develop technical competencies and skills required.
Defines and allocates resources.
Leads the development, preparation, implementation and follow-up for all service training activities for assigned business partners/products.
Explores trends, innovations, and applications within the training industry.
Plans, formulates and approves technical training programs. Leads the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs for updating and enhancement.
Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
Qualification in relevant field in terms of wind site construction or has concept and knowledge in heavy industry training system.
Experience in wind industry is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in aforementioned areas
Knowledge in people and project management methods and techniques, commercial management.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office/Sharepoint
Excellent communication skills in English is essential, both verbally and written.
Experience in project scheduling using MS Project/Primavera an advantage.
