Ensure subcontractors and OTIS mechanics adhere to safety protocol at workplace
Project cost control – complete the installation by adhering to 3 Otis Absolutes within planned budget
Perform safety/quality audit to all responsible job sites
Conduct and drive weekly meeting with customer/main contractor at job sites for progress/obstacle reports
Highlight product quality issues to Construction Manager for further investigation
Train customers for lift safety usage and basic maintenance prior handover
Work with Site Coordinator for site preparation process and ensure job sites are ready and confirm the materials storage request location with customers
Propose variation order to customers if any
Requirements
Bachelor 's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven work experience as a Project Engineer
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Strong project management and managerial skills
Time management and organizational skills
Good comprehension of English, both written and spoken
