DPO Engineer (Fresh Grad)

What you will do:

• Receive requirement from customer teams.
• Analyze requirement, design, plan activity, raise RFC, align activity with stakeholders,
• Monitor KPI after activity & perform RFC closure.
• Conduct network capacity and performance analysis by collecting and analyzing data.
• Produce and present network data analysis reports.
• Update the network configuration database.
• Coordinate collection of data on performance and capacity.
• Monitor service requests and resource utilization.
• Collect data from field services upon request.
• Implement solutions for capacity and performance improvements.
• Focus on end-user quality of service and optimization.
• Identify and address performance deviations.
• Implement corrective measures to enhance traffic performance with a focus on end-user experience.
• Utilize active tests to simulate user behavior and passive monitoring of traffic to gauge network-wide user experience.
• Define and agree on network KPIs, understand their impact up to counter level, and correlate KPIs to customer experience.

The skills you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or computer engineering or computer science or related fields
• Must have knowledge in mobile communication. Networking, TCP/IP and routing protocols.
• Knowledge in mobile communication element and protocols is a plus
• Script, automation development skill is a plus
• Ability to learn new skills and develop own skills
• Must be able to demonstrate systematic thinking
• Highly engaged and motivated
• Innovative & open mind
• Good skill in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good communication skills both Thai and English
