Responsibilities:
- Familiar with E-commerce, Creator Management, & Content Creation by identifying key trends of products, contents, or community best practices
- Source and acquire creators at scale to support e-commerce content - Identify room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators who are willing to create E-Commerce content on TikTok platform
- Develop education programs for Thai TikTok Shop Creator community through self-generated educational content on various platforms (i.e. TikTok account, YouTube channel and Facebook) as well as partnership with community creator KOL to onboard, upskill, inspire and connect creators scalably and programmatically, in line with global policies and local strategy
- Design and create promotional and educational materials or projects for creator growth and development in collaboration with product teams as well as data analyst
- Design, Initiate, and Create Community Programs based on current situation to elevate engagement with Creator and help them increase their e-commerce transaction
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications':
Minimum Bachelor's degree or above with 2-3 years relevant experience
- Had experience of Community Development or Creator Management before
- Familiar with different social apps and tools such as Line, Facebook, YouTube etc
- Strong understanding of content, especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content driven platforms.
- Data driven, strong execution, good communication, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in English and Thai
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience leading education programs on other e-commerce and/or social media platforms
- Comfortable with public speaking (both offline and online) with track records of motivating and/or inspiring community
- Experience in content production field (i.e. Video editing)
