Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evangelize IT Solutions: Advocate for IT solutions across various domains such as IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint management, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Customer and Partner Engagement: Communicate with customers (IT Managers, Administrators, Engineers) and partners to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate ManageEngine products in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Conduct Presentations and Workshops: Deliver Masterclass presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, training sessions, and events both online and offline within the local market.
• Technical Support: Address technical queries and provide solutions for multiple ManageEngine products related to IT Management.
• Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of product areas, including Desktop/Mobile Device Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, and Public/Private Cloud management.
• Travel Requirements: Travel to customer locations as needed to provide support and conduct presentations.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and the local language at a business level.
• Learning and Detail Orientation: Interest in learning new software products and a focus on detail.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with multiple ManageEngine product teams.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Robust technical knowledge with a background in ITSM solutions, desktop and server/network administration. Familiarity with ITOM or Cloud management is advantageous.
• Certifications: ITIL V3 Foundation certification, Microsoft certification, Cisco certification, or other relevant industry certifications are preferred.
• Local Residency: Must be a resident of the country of application and possess professional proficiency in the local language.
• Additional Experience: Experience with datacenters, enterprise LAN environments, or Windows environments is advantageous.
