Technical Manager Animal Nutrition APMEA

Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales Support:
• Lead and manage technical support functions, including new product development and launches.
• Develop and implement technical support programs to drive sales and retention, such as sugar and fiber analysis.
• Run feed formulation scenarios to demonstrate how Kerry’s feed additives can enhance ROI at the plant or on the farm.
• Sales Support:
• Assist account managers in the region by helping to establish Kerry as a preferred long-term supplier in key customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through direct contacts and industry networking.
• Customer Retention:
• Recommend appropriate resources and actions to address and resolve customer issues, fostering loyalty and retention.
• Strategic Growth:
• Collaborate with the sales team to support and develop long-term growth strategies.
• Identify and explore new products and market opportunities to drive business growth.
• Customer and Research Trials:
• Identify and develop opportunities for institutional research and customer trials to support sales initiatives.
• Provide recommendations on research partnerships, design trial protocols, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively.
• Budgets:
• Contribute to the development of annual research budgets and take necessary actions to achieve budgetary goals.
