Designing and implementing our talent acquisition strategy end-to-end, with self-started initiatives and other initiatives emerging from multiple parties.
Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates not only through traditional free and paid channels but also through creative ways, external and internal initiatives, enabling us to grow predictably and within short notice.
Actively create and nurture relationships with talented professionals in and off work, allowing us to increase our team size and reduce our lead time to hire.
Continuously enhance our recruitment process to have an outstanding candidate experience and to increase our recruitment team members’ efficiency.
Organize and participate in events, including but not limited to tech meet-ups, job fairs at universities, and CSR activities relevant to our talent acquisition needs.
Partner with the People Operations team to increase our internal and external company branding.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruiting. In-house is preferred but a strong agency recruiter can be considered.
Experience in tech recruiting and speaking the language of the roles we hire.
Hunger, drive, a strong sense of urgency, and decisiveness.
A headhunter mindset is required.
An outgoing personality. You go out of your way to meet and engage with people inside and outside the company.
A very competitive spirit but is willing to accept feedback.
Able to work in a performance-driven environment.
Excellent spoken and written English.
