Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates, from initial contact to onboarding
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely solutions
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in a manufacturing working environment or related field
Experience working in Recruitment with a multinational company.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selections
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to support business objectives
Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and related laws
Skills
Good written and oral communication, interpersonal, and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization.
