As a Team Leader - Reservation, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our reservations department, ensuring smooth processes, and maintaining high standards of guest service. Your role will involve managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the reservations team in handling bookings and guest inquiries.
  • Monitor room availability and optimize booking strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
