System Operation Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Telematics Services via Company's Dedicated Platform.
2. Support Customers for Basic Troubleshooting in Telematics Field.
3. Solve and follow up Telematics issue.
4. Solve the IoT System, Data management
5. Create Incident / Issue / Trace and Tracking Report.
6. Cooperate with 3rd parties to handling the Telematics problem
7. Stand by support urgent cases
8. Create User Manual / Handbook / Training Document to support explain and share with external for standardizing the operation.
9. Logically and clear communication with Product Development to output countermeasure with maximum effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. Have an experience IoT device, especially about Telematics service / Connected service / Automotive business
2. Have an experience to use cloud service / cloud platform (AWS, Huawei, Azure)
3. Familiar with System Monitoring Tools. /Familiar with Progress Tracking Tools. (Ex.: JIRA)
4. Logically and clear communication with Product Development to output countermeasure with maximum effectiveness.
5. Good english communication skill.
6. Basic understand about Vehicle Operation / Vehicle Usage Scenario.
7. Basic understanding about Connected Vehicle / Telematics Service / Infotainment System.
8. Basic understanding about Network / Connectivity / Cellular and basic troubleshooting.
9. Able to visualize issue / incident in the summary report.
10.Negotiation skill with developer to fixed countermeasure schedule.
11. Able to speak/read fluent Chinese.
