• Plan, participate in and support the implementation of new sustainability frameworks or in line with changes, including preparing plans, data, tracking processes, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and/or collaborate with relevant departments to achieve, monitor, gather, and analyze sustainability performance indicators.
• Prepare annual sustainability reports and interpret the content for communication purposes and report compilation.
• Collect data and performance results from relevant units and prepare supporting documents for meetings and meeting summaries, such as the Environmental and Social Management Review meetings.
• Coordinate responses to various sustainability assessments, such as SET ESG Rating, S&P Global CSA, and KYC assessments for various funds.
• Work with THG Marketing Communications team to design digital and multimedia materials related to company sustainability, such as movie clips for inclusion in Sustainability Reports and SD work promotion on websites.
• Compile presentation materials and relevant data related to sustainability management within the company's framework.
• Plan, implement and coordinate corporate CSR activities, as well as work with multiple business units to implement, monitor and disclose special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Management, Innovation, Environmental Engineering / Science, Industrial Engineering, SSHE or a related field an advantage but not required.
• 2-5 years of experience in sustainability planning, reporting, and project management is typically required.
• Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and conducting sustainability assessments would also be valuable.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and assessment tools may also be required.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to sustainability performance indicators.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and moderate English-level for preparing reports, communicating with stakeholders, and presenting findings.
• Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners, adhering to timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial when compiling data, preparing reports, and interpreting content for communication purposes.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, InDesign an advantage.
