Collaborate with Site Project leaders to deploy digital projects.
Continually assess and monitor support effectiveness for digital solutions deployed in the manufacturing sites and feedback improvements to global digital team.
Build effective, collaborative relationships with strategic digital solution partners in the region.
Setup Digital Academy in Chonburi
Conduct Digital Maturity with each Site and identify opportunities for digital improvements.
Experience
Diploma/Basic Degree in Computer/Electronic/Electrical /Industrial Engineering
Understanding and familiarity with industry 4.0
Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for clear communication.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee logistics digital projects from start to finish.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Good knowledge of SAP concept is an advantage.
Capable of understanding basic IT infrastructure and required security measures.
Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for clear communication.
