Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
Proven track record of success in analyzing and improving supply chain processes.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with business process improvement methodologies (Design Thinking, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze complex logistics challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with supply chain planning tools or supply chain analytics.
Preferred: Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Plus: Experience working on Change Management, Training, or Value Realization teams.
