O2O Operation Assistant Manager

Position Details

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the O2O service performance of each store to meet the target service level.
  • Monitor and support field staff to execute the service according to the company’s procedure.
  • Build and implement tools to support operation control and ensure service quality.
  • Train and support operation process information for the store team members.
  • Assist the field team in utilizing the benefits of reports, data, and statistics for improvement.
  • Perform field support to the store team to improve operation quality or resolve relevant issues.
  • Work with the store fulfillment team to suggest opportunities to improve operation quality and productivity.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years experience in online order fulfillment, e-commerce operation, warehouse operation and supply chain
  • Experience in order management or warehousing.
  • Ability to work with supply chain management software, e.g., WMS, TMS, OMS
  • Ability to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to write business processes and basic flow charts.
  • Valid Thai driving license with vehicle for travel up-country.
  • Valid license to use a forklift or other material-handling equipment is a PLUS.
  • Experience in inventory management, as well as incredibly fresh and other food products, is a PLUS.
  • Experience in group training or public speaking is a PLUS.
  • Ability to work under pressure with Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Adversity Quotient (AQ)
