Position Details
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as the bridge of communication between the customers and the logistic operation team.
Maintain a close relationship with the existing customers by assisting them to use the logistic service.
Possessed thorough knowledge in the logistics field to help to resolve the difficulties faced by customers.
Operate the Key Account system to assist customers in placing orders, and answering customer business consultations, package inquiries as well as other questions.
Contact branches, hubs, and other departments to solve customer needs through work orders.
Handle the complaints from the customers and assist to solve the issues.
Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
Job Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Proficiency in Mandarin would be preferable because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Experience in Business Development or Key Account Management will be an added advantage.
People-oriented as well as possess problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
Critical thinking skills
Preferably with logistic experience.
