Key Account Executive (Logistic/Express) - CHINESE SPEAKER

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge of communication between the customers and the logistic operation team.
• Maintain a close relationship with the existing customers by assisting them to use the logistic service.
• Possessed thorough knowledge in the logistics field to help to resolve the difficulties faced by customers.
• Operate the Key Account system to assist customers in placing orders, and answering customer business consultations, package inquiries as well as other questions.
• Contact branches, hubs, and other departments to solve customer needs through work orders.
• Handle the complaints from the customers and assist to solve the issues.
• Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be preferable because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in Business Development or Key Account Management will be an added advantage.
• People-oriented as well as possess problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills
• Preferably with logistic experience.
