About The Opportunity

• Hire, train, develop local team of delivery motorbike riders
• Handle the on-boarding and off-boarding of riders.
• Manage all rider equipment and stock.
• Identify and resolve any issues involving riders.
• Follow up on issues and manage their resolution.
• Track daily and weekly rider performance.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to riders and competitors as assigned.
• Work closely with operations to ensure and monitor capacity planning, aligning with real capacity.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Have 2+ years experiences working in logistics, operations management
• Ability of Microsoft and communication skills
• Have can-do attitude, detailed-oriented and service-mind
• Ability to work individual or with team
• Flexible of working time
• Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
