Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations: Oversee receiving, staging, and distribution processes. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

2. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff. Implement SOPs for efficiency and safety.

3. Logistics: Optimize warehouse layout and ensure regulatory compliance.

4. Quality Control: Ensure order accuracy and resolve any delivery issues.

5. Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety audits and maintain emergency protocols.

6. Systems Management: Oversee warehouse management systems and analyze data for improvements.

7. Customer Service: Work closely with customer service to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in logistics.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Fluent in Thai and English.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time, onsite at Bangna.

- Physical demands and PPE usage required.
