Fabrication Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plant Operations: Direct and coordinate plant operations according to company policies and procedures.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe plant environment.
• Policy and Procedure: Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
• Production Goals: Be responsible for meeting plant production goals.
• Community Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with the community.
• KPI Analysis: Analyze and summarize Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and drive improvements.
• Production Schedules: Establish and manage shift production schedules.
• Department Coordination: Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of preventive maintenance (PM), purchasing, shipping, and other functions.
• Staff Management: Foster a well-trained and motivated staff; select and train subordinates; conduct performance reviews.
• Meetings: Schedule and control plant meetings.
• Quality Control: Oversee product quality control for the plant.
• Training and Meetings: Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
• Company Systems: Support and control company activity systems such as 5S, ISO, and others.
• Workshop Management: Manage the workshop to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery goals.

Technical Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Knowledge of AutoCAD/3D programs and Microsoft Office.
• Standards Compliance: Familiarity with ISO EN3834, 5S, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and other relevant standards.

Soft Skills

• Knowledge: Expertise in fabrication, process control, leadership, and welding quality control.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Quality Control: Strong understanding of welding quality control and related processes.
