Accountable for very short-term service by proactively monitoring and mitigating risks, and resolving supply/demand gaps.
Responds to daily constraints to ensure perfect execution of business plans, acting as central contact between the local team and the CoE
Ensure stock availability to deliver service level target by daily review and reports to MU regarding OOS tracking and stock availability (daily sales dynamics)
Find products to compensate the missing sales or understand whether we can wait for the next shipment (provide the timing of the arrival); in some markets especially valid for “end-of-month” NS achievement.
Follow up availability for products in OOS improving the availability date to reduce Fill Rate impact, not only Service Level
Translation of volume risk/impact into Net Sales. Answering the questions whether due to OOS we can still achieve the plan.
Feedback to local organization and CoE about risks & incremental opportunities; the point of contact on short term stock unavailability and mitigation options
Input Service Level comment to customer service on the cut related to supply. Supports local allocation/reservation, as well as VAS Planning and Execution process, by providing information about product availability (volume & time)
VAS FG Inventory Management (incl potentially SAS)
Supports effective decision-making process within the local organization to improve management of obsolete, ageing and blocked stock & communicates those decision to Demand Planning & CoE for perfect execution
Facilitates the inventory management for Marketing and VAS materials and communicates those decisions to the respective functions.
To propose airfreight request for approval to mitigate risk on supply and tracking spending.
To estimate provision and request for provision reservation as well as confirm write off.
Clear understanding of E2E planning, including Demand planning, S&OP, VAS Planning & Execution, Innovation planning and Supply planning
Bottleneck management, support communication to business and an operation allocation management
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain or other related fields.
Preference to candidates with 3-5 years’ experience in demand and supply planning.
Production planning, Master production scheduling and/or capacity planning would be a plus.
Experience in FMCG would be a plus
Knowledge of SAP APO and/or R3
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (VBA and Query is preferrable)
Possess analytical & problem-solving skills with commercial thinking.

Manage high complexity, use continuous improvement and digital solutions to step-up business delivery .
