Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations teams to drive strategic initiatives into actionable, operational improvements
• Work closely with the Strategy Director to implement strategies, organization structures, and processes that balance business performance with employee wellbeing initiatives
• Research and present insights on industry trends in organizational effectiveness, workplace productivity, hybrid culture, employee wellbeing, and operational excellence
• Design and develop comprehensive performance dashboards that integrate key business metrics, employee scoring, workplace analytics, and strategic goals of the company, etc.
• Present workplace technology and the use of digital platforms and tools (AI) to support hybrid work environments to ensure optimal productivity
