Collaborate with operations teams to drive strategic initiatives into actionable, operational improvements
Work closely with the Strategy Director to implement strategies, organization structures, and processes that balance business performance with employee wellbeing initiatives
Research and present insights on industry trends in organizational effectiveness, workplace productivity, hybrid culture, employee wellbeing, and operational excellence
Design and develop comprehensive performance dashboards that integrate key business metrics, employee scoring, workplace analytics, and strategic goals of the company, etc.
Present workplace technology and the use of digital platforms and tools (AI) to support hybrid work environments to ensure optimal productivity
