Responsibilities
• Market survey and customer visit, timing 20 % of monthly in field.
• Training/ Coaching /Evaluation to CSN Sales representative, timing 30% of monthly in field.
• Control, Audit, Suggestion, and Manage CSN operation, timing 20 % of monthly in field.
• Planning and Implement for local MKT/Development Sale Plan of CSN, 30 % of monthly in field.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree Business administration or any related field.
• Negotiation skill, Analytical Skill, Leadership, Presentation skill, Problem solving and Motivating skill.
• At least 5 years' work experience as Sales in GT, FMCG business is preferable.
• Flexible to travel and work in up countries i.e. North East, North, Central or South.
