Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive SSHE strategies and programs.
Establish and communicate SSHE goals and objectives in alignment with corporate policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to SSHE teams and site personnel.
Safety Management:
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Oversee safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Promote and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
Lead emergency response planning and training initiatives.
Security:
Develop and maintain robust security policies to protect personnel, assets, and information.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits.
Coordinate with local and national security agencies to ensure site security.
Manage access control, surveillance, and other security systems.
Health:
Implement occupational health programs to monitor and improve employee health and wellness.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and occupational health standards.
Oversee the management of occupational health risks and medical emergency response plans.
Environmental Management:
Develop and implement environmental management plans to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability.
Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits.
Manage waste, emissions, and spill response programs.
Promote environmental awareness and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience 10 years previous experiences in a similar role with Oil & Gas company.
Knowledge of Oil and Gas Production and Project Construction OGP SSHE codes, standards in accordance with EPCI scope of work and contractual terms and conditions required SSHE technical and quality.
An essential requirement is previous experience of working in an onshore fabrication yard and/or offshore facilities/activities corresponding to assigned working location. SSHE Lead shall be assigned in a role of SSHE team leader.
SSHE Management System (SSHE MS), Implementation for wellhead platform fabrication, transport, installation, hook-up and pre-commissioning activities.
