Key accountabilities :

• Accident record & summary
• Hazard record & summary
• Determination PPE Standard for each Activities
• Monitoring and approved PPE for Each department.
• Find New PPE that suitable for each work
• Resolving Complain from PPE's Employee
• Review and Store PPE Registration
• Review the Fire Evacuation Plan
• Execute report to the government
• Setting Budget for Fire Evacuation Plan
• Gas Leak Emergency Drill
• Incident Investigation process
• Execute the corrective action and improvement plan
• Summary & Follow up the corrective action and improvement plan
• Communication of preventive action from CAR to all area that concern
• Review and make guidebook according Preventive Rule
• Review the risk assessment on accident case
• Review the safety standard on accident case
• Monitoring Tool & Machine Standard before Approved Order
• Monitoring the pm system of machine and tool
• Monitoring machine installation layout
• Register New Machine Checklist coordinate with MT
• Review and improve the presentation for internal safety training
• Safety Trainer
• Monitoring the budget of safety plan
• Review safety emergency requirement standard for comply with law and standard
• Review the layout if have any change
• MOC monitoring & consuls
• MOC risk assessment before commissioning

Experiences

• At least 3-5 years of safety management system.
• Have experience and certified about ISO45001, ISO14001, RJC, Disney or related standards
• Have certificate in confine space, radiation, gas controller, hazard substance storage etc.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong analytical thinking
• Training and coaching skill
• Good coordination skill
• Rational Problem Solving and Decision Making
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with all departments.
