Chief Engineering

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing general building maintenance and construction projects
• Work with the engineering team to design and implement innovative solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on engineering strategies and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chief Engineer in a 5-star property; experience in a Resort setting is an advantage
• Background in general building maintenance, construction, or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in computer usage
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service experiences
