(Civil) Bidding Manager (Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities:

• Project Identication align with the corporate's expertise, resources and goals
• Bidding preparation process
• Develop and implement bidding strategies to increase the chances of winning contracts
• Relationship building with external stakeholders such as owners, suppliers and others
• Participate in Contract negotiation with clients
• Conduct risk assessments for potential projects
• Collaborate with various departments within the company, including Estimation, Engineering, Legal, and Finance
• Update and analyze Market - Evaluate and analyze performance to identified areas for improvement and implement best practices for future bids
• Ensure all bid documents, including proposals, contracts, and supporting materials comply with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Maintain clear and open communication throughout the bidding process to address any concerns and ensure alignment on project requirements and expectations
• Manage team performance to achieve the goals

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Extensive 10+ years of experience in bidding or tender management of construction project (sizing 100 - 1,000 MB)
• solid understanding of construction processes, materials, labor, and the legal aspects of construction contracts
• Possess skills of Analytical thinking, problem- solving, Strategic Planning, Decision making and attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Be a good leader and team player
