Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Support in execution of country communication strategy/plan in alignment with Group's guidelines
Create draft speeches, articles, press release and other written materials to ensure accurate and consistent alignment with company's communication strategy
Coordinate communication projects to ensure communication projects are conducted in timely and cost effective manner
Assist with media relations activities for company on local level (e.g. interviews, press conferences, corporate conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.)
Manage order, logistics, receipt and local distribution of all branding materials (e.g. staff newsletters, client newsletters, brand books, corporate wear, corporate gifts, etc.)
Work with Group Communications to align all company’s communications with corporate guidelines and policies
Collaborate as business partner with the country operations/Business Unit and support them proactively on communication issues
Maintain relationships with local key media and maintain/update the company’s media contacts database
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Demonstrate skills in copywriting, proofing and editing skills
Demonstrate experience in editing and producing publications
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
